Return and Refund Policy:

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, no worries we’re here to help. Please read our Return Policy and contact us to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization

  • Return Policy:

We accept returns up to 30 days from the date of receipt. Full amount less any shipping fees if applicable will be refunded. Any special orders may not be returned for any reason. To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in the original sealed package and free from scratches and/or defects.

Return must be processed by a customer service team member. Please  contact us prior to returning any items to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), that should be included with the return. Returns that does not have RMA included, will not be accepted.

  • Defective or Damaged Merchandise Return Policy:

Damages and/or defects must be reported within 2 days from receipt. If item is received damaged or defected, we will replace items for free. Replacement will be shipped within 72 hours upon receipt of the damaged or defective items return.

Defected or Damaged Merchandise Return must be processed by a customer service team member. Please  contact us prior to returning any items to obtain Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA), that should be included with the return. Returns that does not have RMA included, will not be accepted.

  • Shipping:

Shipping costs are not refundable, unless the product being returned is defective or damaged.

  • Refund Policy:

Once merchandise is received, it will be inspected. Notification email on the status of your refund will be send immediately after inspection of returned items. If refund is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment) and email a confirmation of the refund. It usually takes 2-5 business days (may vary depending on your card issuer’s policies) for refund to be processed by the card issuer/bank institution.
